Through the simple act of birth, each person steps into a conscious life, carrying within uniquely individual abilities and capacities for living a meaningful and vibrant life. Living consciously involves becoming aware of everything that bears on our actions, purposes, values and goals to the best of our ability and to behave in accordance with that which we see and know.

How these capacities and abilities are developed and applied through childhood into adulthood are known as life skills, a set of
knowledge, skills, experiences and personality style unique to each person. Life skills and their application represent the journey of the human spirit.

Each person is different.
The skill set one person uses for coping in a siutation is different to how another responds in and manages in a similar setting.

There is no right or wrong way with life skill sets.
It's a question of how effective the skill set is in
helping an individual accept, know and care for themselves lovingly, while facilitating a sense of competence and resilience in doing.

in a mindful, aware and compassionate way is especially powerful when the going gets tough.

The root cause of anxiety and disharmony is often buried in intense emotional responses to events long dismissed from waking memory. But the feeling and the messages learned stay resident in the  unconscious mind and continue to sabotage  best-intentioned plans and actions.
Hidden beliefs and feelings tell us we should think feel and act a certain way,
in contrast to how we want to think, feel, and act. Continuing contradiction between thought and emotion traps a person  in unhappy spaces, inside and out -  feeling stressed out, fearful, angry, frustrated, sad, depressed, resentful, unfulfilled and disappointed.

The key to initiating change, challenge and aspiration is:
and relearn, in a more caring, responsible and positive way,  how to accept, know, honour and evolve all aspects of you - physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.
By focusing on particular self-identified themes and problems in either purpose, passion, choices and personal power, clients discover, review and remaster their life skills application.  Starting the change process with identifying one issue to work on has natural benefits that flow on with ease to influence the rest of your life.
