What happens when a coaching session is cancelled?
If, due to unforeseen circumstances you need to cancel a call or session, please give at least 24 hours notice. The costs of any last minute cancellations or scheduled calls, except in case of an emergency, are met by you.
In the event I need to reschedule a session or cancel a session, I will give you, the client, at least 24 hours notice. If I am not able to do this, I will add a free coaching session to the current coaching agreement.
